AI reception for cosmetic and aesthetic clinics in Australia and New Zealand
People tend to research treatments in the evening and at weekends, after your clinic has closed. Frontdesk Agents replies on WhatsApp and your website chat, and answers the phone on the pilot and Upgrade plans. It tells people it's an AI and books a consultation, without promising outcomes or discussing suitability.
Careful by design
It's set up to use only the treatment names, prices and wording your clinic approves, and not to make claims about results, glamorise treatments, use testimonials or push time-limited offers. In Australia it doesn't volunteer names or prices of prescription-only cosmetic injectables. When someone asks, it offers a consultation with your practitioner, who decides what's suitable. Prices for prescription-only injectables are discussed in consultation, not quoted by the agent.
An evening enquiry, step by step
- Someone messages at 9pm about a treatment they saw online and asks what it costs.
- The agent says it's an AI and explains your consultation process in the words you've approved.
- It offers the next consultation times your calendar has free.
- Your team gets a short summary of the conversation.
Settings you choose once
- The treatments and services it may mention, and which prices (if any) it may give
- How you describe your consultations and who carries them out
- What people should bring or know before their first visit
- Which days and hours it offers, in your clinic's local time zone (useful if you have clinics in states with and without daylight saving)
Handing over to your practitioners
- Questions about suitability, side effects or a concern after treatment are never answered by the agent. A client who wants a person can ask for one; it takes a message so your team can call them back.
- If someone describes a medical emergency, it tells them to call 000 in Australia or 111 in New Zealand.

Questions
If a client asks about a prescription-only treatment by name, what happens?
For Australian clinics, it doesn't name or price prescription-only cosmetic injectables and offers a consultation with your practitioner instead (see "Careful by design" above). For New Zealand clinics, it uses the treatment names and wording your clinic approves.
We have clinics in New Zealand too. Does it work there?
Yes. It uses only the treatment names, prices and wording your clinic approves for each location.
Will it post offers or chase people who didn't book?
No. It only replies to people who contact you.
Is it obvious to clients that it's an AI?
Yes. Every call and chat opens by saying so.
What calendar do you use?
During pilot setup we connect your Google Calendar or Calendly.
What languages are available?
English and Spanish.
Do you record calls?
Not by default. If your clinic turns on call recording, the greeting also says the call may be recorded.
When could we start?
We estimate about 7 days after you've sent access and your clinic details, with a full refund if it isn't live within 30 days of you paying.
