An AI receptionist for UK aesthetic clinics
Most aesthetic enquiries are "how much is…" and "do you have anything Saturday?". They often arrive in the evening when you're closed. Frontdesk Agents answers them on WhatsApp and web chat, and by phone on the pilot and Upgrade plans. It says it's an AI, gives the prices you're allowed to publish and the consultation process you approve, and books consultations into your calendar.

How it handles calls
What it handles
Treatment and price questions from your approved menu, consultation bookings and preparation info as you write them, rescheduling.
Where it stops
Suitability, side effects, aftercare problems and anything medical become a message for your practitioner, with a short summary, and your team calls back. It doesn't give treatment advice. Prices for prescription-only injectables are discussed in consultation, not quoted by the agent. Clients can ask for a person: it takes a message and your team calls back. In an emergency it tells the caller to call 999.
What it never does
- Tell a client whether a treatment is right for them
- Send before-and-after photos or predict how results will look
- Name, promote or price prescription-only medicines
- Answer side-effect or aftercare worries itself (it takes a message for your team, gives your clinic's urgent-concern wording, and says to call 999 in an emergency)
- Use limited-time deals or discounts to rush anyone into booking
- Pass itself off as a member of your team
Pilot
US$500 30-day pilot (plus applicable taxes). Full refund of the pilot fee if fewer than 5 booked appointments, provided at least 50 inbound conversations are routed to the agent during the pilot (if fewer, the target is reduced pro rata). Then Base US$497/month (WhatsApp and web chat) or Upgrade US$1,497/month (adds voice). We estimate go-live about 7 days after onboarding; full refund if not live within 30 days. Terms.
Questions
Can it book consultations and patch tests?
Yes. Clients pick from the appointment types you list, for example a first consultation with a practitioner or a patch test appointment, and it offers slots that are free in your calendar, within the opening hours you set in your clinic's own time zone. During pilot setup we connect your Google Calendar or Calendly. A patch test is simply a booking type here: the agent doesn't explain what it's for or comment on the outcome.
What does it say when someone asks how much a treatment costs?
It reads from the treatment menu and price list you give us, in your wording, and nothing more. If a treatment isn't on that list, it suggests a consultation. Your menu shouldn't include prescription-only medicines or their prices. If someone asks about a prescription-only treatment, it won't name or describe the medicine or a brand, or quote a price. It offers a consultation with your prescriber, who decides whether any treatment is suitable.
Clients ask for before-and-after photos or what results to expect. What happens?
It doesn't share photos, describe likely results or compare your clinic with others. It takes a message with a short summary of what the client asked, and your team calls back.
Will clients know it's an AI, and what happens to their details?
Every chat, and every call on the pilot and Upgrade plans, opens by saying it's an AI. It speaks English and Spanish. Calls aren't recorded unless your clinic turns recording on, and then the greeting says so. We delete transcripts and summaries after up to 90 days and chat logs after up to 12 months (your clinic can set shorter periods). See our Privacy Policy.
